Ignasi Bofarull-Manzano works as a Data Scientist and CMC Consultant at Körber, where he assists biopharmaceutical companies globally in achieving successful product submissions in accordance with QbD principles and regulatory compliance. He holds a master’s degree in bioprocess engineering from BOKU University in Vienna and he is currently pursuing an industrial PhD at RWTH Aachen. His research focuses on the integration of novel algorithms into end-to-end digital twins in the pharmaceutical industry. Before joining Körber, Ignasi gained valuable expertise in developing machine learning and hybrid modelling tools, and he played a pivotal role in various industrial scale-up projects in different start-ups.
