At the event, Körber’s software team was honored byreceiving two thank-you letters of appreciation and special awards for the joint MES journey: the “PAS-X Excellent Implementation Team” and “Excellent PAS-X Project Engineer”, honoring both, the Körber team and the on-site lead engineer Mr. Zhang Kai, for their roles in accelerating digitalization across the company’s plasma-derived product lines.
“Since the kick-off in June 2024, the Körber PAS-X MES team has worked shoulder-to-shoulder with us on the design, qualification and multi-system integration,” said Mr. Li Bin, Deputy General Manager of CTBB Shandong site. “Phase-I is already live, and phase-II has entered PQ validation – delivering measurable digital wins at every step.”
Max Wang, Director Software Operations China, added: “The trophies are a testament to what can be achieved when a customer embraces digital change as a business strategy. We look forward to expanding our Körber ecosystem approach with CTBB.”
Together, Körber and the customer are collaborating on turning every drop of plasma into data-driven quality, helping China’s blood-product sector reach global benchmark performance.
