With the groundbreaking Blister Expert BE4, which will debut at ACHEMA 22, Körber is presenting what is not only the most compact machine in its class. This packaging machine is also a trailblazer in its modular design. It is ideal for small batch sizes, supporting multiple format changes and a wide variety of packaging materials. Not only can its usage enable a significant increase in the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) of the production line, the BE4 also provides the customer with the necessary flexibility for meeting future market demands.

Highly efficient processing with up to 400 blisters per minute

By supporting small batch sizes and a wide variety of packaging materials, the BE4 enables maximum process efficiency. It can be operated as a one-lane or two-lane version. This allows a maximum output of up to 400 blisters per minute. With two-lane operation, the lane speed is reduced, thereby enabling simpler dosage principles.

100% modular, compact design

The BE4 requires much less space: its compact design means that Zone One (shaping) is located below Zone Two (feeding), which enables a shorter machine length. Despite its compact layout, the BE4 is extremely flexible and can be easily changed to meet future market demands. The 100% modular concept can be upgraded to a high-speed solution at any time. With this, a performance boost of up to 800 blisters per minute can be achieved. The BE4 is also ideal for multiple format changes: with fewer parts, automatic settings and magnetic clamping systems, it can be converted both quickly and safely. 

Its patented technology ensures consistent high-quality sealing. A change in operating speed does not require an additional validation, thus saving time and effort. Another plus for users: the Blister Expert platform offers a smartphone-like interface with a large customizable display and numerous customer-specific functions.
